Bernie and Donovan are the heart and soul of the Jones Safe House. Apart from being “parents” to anything from 17-22 children, they have also taken on the challenging task of supporting the mothers, many of them arriving with an addiction to alcohol and/or drugs. Bernie & Donovan offer firm but loving support throughout the detox phase, helping to get these young women back on their feet and re-establishing healthy relationships with their children.
